We’re hiring a **Head of Marketing** at **SOURCIX**! 🚀 At SOURCIX, we’re transforming custom mechanical manufacturing and industrial procurement through an AI-powered B2B platform (SaaS + Marketplace). We’re looking for an exceptional, hands-on marketing leader to take full end-to-end ownership of our Go-To-Market strategy, demand generation, positioning, and brand from the ground up. **What we’re looking for:** * **B2B SaaS & ABM Experience:** 5-10 years of B2B marketing track record, ideally in early-stage startups (huge advantage if you've been a First Marketing Hire). * **AI-First Mindset:** Daily, hands-on user of modern AI tools for content, research, workflow automation, and campaign optimization. * **GTM & Storytelling:** Ability to translate complex technical/AI solutions into sharp messaging and build scalable inbound/outbound demand engines. * **0-to-1 Execution:** Strategic thinker who loves executing hands-on while leveraging agencies, freelancers, and AI tools to move fast. * **Native / Fluent English** with global B2B market experience. 📍 **Location:** On-site in Tel Aviv (Montefiore neighborhood) 💼 **Type:** Full-Time Know someone who’d be a great fit?
