We are hiring: **Visual Designer | Creative & Brand Design Team** A **global high-tech company** is looking for a highly creative and versatile **Visual Designer** to join its Creative & Brand Design team in Tel Aviv. This role is all about visual storytelling across different mediums. We’re looking for a “jack of all trades” designer who is comfortable working across illustration, composition, typography, branding, and motion- and who can seamlessly switch between traditional marketing and brand design and more experimental visual projects. **What you’ll do:** * Own the visual concept for key projects, from moodboarding and sketching through final execution. * Develop high-quality visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, social media, in-app experiences, and user enablement initiatives. * Create visual assets including illustrations, icons, infographics, layouts, and motion graphics. * Translate scripts, creative briefs, and concepts into compelling visual narratives. * Collaborate with stakeholders across the company and bring strong design expertise to the creative process. * Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality execution. * Create polished assets optimized for different platforms and formats. * Organize and manage project files and visual assets for efficient team collaboration. **What we’re looking for:** * 3+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer or Graphic Designer in a studio, agency, or in-house brand team. * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. * A strong and diverse online portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills. * High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. * Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition. * Creative, proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset. * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to polished, high-quality work. * High level of written and spoken Hebrew and English. **Nice to have:** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects and Motion Design. * Foundational understanding of UI/UX and Product Design principles. * Basic illustration skills and experience creating original assets from scratch. * Experience working in a fast-paced, global high-tech environment. * Strong communication skills and the ability to embrace feedback and iterate quickly.
