Sales, Marketing & BD Director – Defense Sector

We’re looking for high-impact Sales, Marketing & BD Directors to drive strategic growth in the defense and government sectors – in Israel and globally.

This is not just another sales role.

This is about leading complex, high-value deals, working with top-tier defense organizations, and shaping real-world impact.

✈️ What you’ll do:

- Own and lead end-to-end sales cycles – from opportunity to contract closure
- Build and expand relationships with defense & government stakeholders
- Identify and develop strategic business opportunities
- Lead complex RFI / RFP / RFQ processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product & programs

REQUIREMENTS

🎯 What we’re looking for:

- A Rockstar!!!
- Proven experience in defense sales from major defense companies (5+ years)
- Strong track record of closing large-scale deals ($10M+)
- Well-connected in relevant territories within the defense sector (e.g., Africa, Asia, Europe)
- Deep understanding of military and defense procurement processes
- Hands-on experience with tenders and complex proposals
- Excellent communication skills – Hebrew & English (fluent)
- Additional languages – advantage
- Strong relationship-building & stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (frequently)
- Background as a former IDF officer / Israeli MoD – advantage
- Technical understanding in EO / RF systems – significant advantage
