The Role

We're looking for a talented Marketing & Brand Designer to join our Creative team and play a key role in shaping our visual identity across a wide range of marketing initiatives.

In this role, you'll design eye catching, high-performing creatives for performance marketing and user acquisition campaigns, with a strong focus on playable ads. Working closely with designers, animators, marketers, and game teams, you'll develop compelling visual concepts, mockups, and storyboards that bring casual game mechanics to life. You'll have the opportunity to combine traditional design expertise with cutting-edge AI tools to rapidly explore creative ideas, iterate on concepts, and deliver polished, high-quality assets that drive results.

Responsibilities :

- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials and brand for UA, Social, CRM, ASO, and ECO marketing outlets.

- Collaborate closely with different departments to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
- Use both traditional design tools and AI platforms to generate and refine visual ideas.
- Prepare assets for animation and final production to ensure top-notch visual quality.

- Apply best practices in UX, UI, typography, composition, and color theory for engaging and intuitive ad experiences.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and player preferences to inform creative decisions.
- Incorporate feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain high artistic quality throughout the design process

REQUIREMENTS

- 6–7+ years of experience in Marketing Creative and Brand Design.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience creating marketing creatives for the gaming industry, with a strong focus on user acquisition and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) + Figma.

- Experience using AI tools for creating assets, creative ideation, and mockup generation.
- Strong understanding of casual mobile game mechanics and how to design for them.
- Solid grasp of animation basics, UX/UI principles, and visual storytelling.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative team player.
