דרישות התפקיד
• 5+ שנות ניסיון ב-IT Operations / System Administration / Infrastructure
• 2+ שנות ניסיון בניהול צוות IT / Helpdesk / System Administrators
• ניסיון חזק עם Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, macOS
• ניסיון ב-MDM/UEM ו-Endpoint Management
• ידע טוב ב-Networking, VLAN, Firewalls, VPN, DNS ו-Wi-Fi
• ניסיון במערכות Ticketing / Service Management
• ניסיון ב-Identity & Access Management, SSO, MFA והרשאות
• אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד
