**Agent Specialist (Entry-Level, Remote – Israel)** WorksForMe is an HRTech company developing an advanced AI-powered recruitment platform. We're hiring an **AI Agent Developer – Entry-Level** to build and maintain the AI agents that power our platform. You'll build the pipelines that turn raw hiring data into structured decisions, ship them, and then own what happens after: watching what the agent gets wrong once it's live, fixing it, and recalibrating it based on real results so it keeps improving. Most of the actual work happens after the first version ships, not before. Entry-level, but not for a first project — we need someone who's already done this once, for real. **Requirements:** You've actually built and trained an AI agent before - a real project you shipped and had to make work. This includes remediation - actually fixing the underlying issue (guardrails, validation logic, escalation paths) You've done real calibration work on it afterward: reviewing its outputs, finding where it fails, tuning it based on results. University degree from a leading institution — open to recent graduates and students in their final year before graduation. Solid backend engineering fundamentals — you can build and maintain a real service.
