Job description
We are looking for a highly talented and experienced product designer who loves learning about new
technologies and exploring their healthcare aptitude. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify
user needs and work cross-functionally to design the user experience as well as the user interface. Ultimately,
you will lead our user experience end to end and help us roll out products that deliver our companys vision.
Conduct a full cycle of product design processes from user research, ideation, concept, wire frames, visual design
Build and maintain a design system to allow efficiency and alignment
Work in collaboration with product management, customer success and development teams
Provide a creative and innovative UX and UI design for multiple platforms (mobile and web), while considering
both business and user needs
Manage tasks across multiple projects, work alongside additional designers and ensure high-quality execution of
all deliverables

Requirements:
4+ years of demonstrated experience with end-to-end (UX and UI) product design in a product
company
Cross-platform (iOS, Android, Web) & complex systems interface design experience
Experience with design and prototyping tools
Team player who knows how to collaborate and brainstorm
Comfortable working independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving, planning and execution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion and curiosity to learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
4+ years of demonstrated experience with end-to-end (UX and UI) product design in a product
company
