We are looking for a data-driven Analyst with a strong analytical and technical mindset, a passion for data, and an interest in Tax & Duties to join our Operations group in Israel.

The Analyst will take ownership of ongoing activities and work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization. The role combines data analysis, business problem-solving, and regulatory expertise in a fast-paced global e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing internal and external data to monitor financial and operational performance across regions and brands
• Identifying trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Taking ownership of ongoing analytical activities and projects, from defining the analysis through execution and presenting key insights
• Working with large and complex datasets using SQL and Excel to support data-driven decision-making
• Developing expertise in Tax & Duties concepts, regulations, systems, and processes within the global e-commerce environment
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and other business functions
• Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve data analysis, solve problems, automate processes, and work more efficiently — acting as a pilot rather than a passenger while maintaining strong analytical judgment and ownership

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as an Analyst – a must; Tax Analyst experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical and technical mindset, with a curiosity to understand systems, data, and processes
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and SQL, with experience querying large and complex datasets
• Ability and willingness to leverage AI and emerging technologies as part of the day-to-day analytical workflow
• Experience working in a fast-paced global environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships while handling changing and competing priorities
• Fast and independent learner, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
• Excellent and proactive communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• BA/B.Sc. in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent quantitative field
