Tech has always been my passion. Startups, software, building things. So how did I end up in staffing? The short answer is my wife. She came from HR and saw something I didn’t. Tel Aviv was booming with tech companies, but there was a real gap for a staffing agency that actually understood technology. In 2007, she told me we should build one. And I never say no to my wife :) So we did. We built an agency called seeV from the ground up and grew it to around 80 people. And while running it, I kept seeing the same problem. We had years of relationships in our ATS. Candidates we placed. Hiring managers we knew. A network we worked hard to build. But we had no real way to track those relationships as people moved, changed jobs, and progressed in their careers. Recruiters stopped trusting the ATS. External spend went up. Margins got tighter. The network and relationships were the asset. But we were losing track of it. After we exited, my two worlds came together. Tech and staffing. I wanted to build what I wish we had back then. That became Woo.io. Relationship Intelligence that helps staffing companies keep the network they already own updated, useful, and actionable.
