Finance Transformation Technology and AI Consultant

Deloitte, the world's leading professional services firm, is looking for a Finance Transformation Technology & AI Consultant.

In this role, you will work with clients to improve finance, billing, and revenue processes through technology and AI solutions. You will help identify business challenges, gather requirements, and support the implementation of innovative finance transformation solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance transformation projects, including scope, timelines, deliverables and coordination with stakeholders.
• Analyze finance, billing, revenue, and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, revenue operations, billing operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Work closely with clients to optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C), Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Billing-to-Revenue, and Revenue Operations processes.
• Support the implementation and configuration of finance technology platforms, including ERP, CPQ, billing, and revenue management systems.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Assess existing finance and operational workflows and identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Support the design and deployment of AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, and Product teams to drive transformation initiatives.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and best-practice recommendations to support successful solution adoption.
• Stay up to date with leading practices in Finance Transformation, SaaS operations, Billing, CPQ, Revenue Management, and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, Finance Transformation, or Financial Systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting, billing, revenue, or finance processes.
• Experience working in a finance department, preferably in a large technology or SaaS company.
• Experience with Revenue Operations (RevOps), Billing Operations, CPQ, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Recognition processes – Advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora, etc.) – Advantage.
• Strong technological orientation and interest in working with innovative systems and AI solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support projects with global teams.
