EFA Specialist

Deloitte is looking for an Engagement Financial Advisor (EFA) to support the financial management of client engagements from inception to completion.

The role combines financial analysis, project controlling, forecasting, billing and collection (client-facing), and business partnering with engagement leaders to drive profitability and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgeting, pricing, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, utilization, and DSO metrics (plan vs. actual).
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify red flags and delivery insights for Partners and engagement leaders.
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to improve project economics.
• Manage billing processes, collections, and financial reconciliations including interface with external clients and their payment systems.
• Ongoing interface with project leaders and finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in finance, controlling, budgeting, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in at least a medium-size organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English skills.

Deloitte מחפשת Engagement Financial Advisor (EFA) לתמיכה בניהול הפיננסי של התקשרויות מול לקוחות, משלב ההקמה ועד לסיום הפרויקט.

התפקיד משלב ניתוח פיננסי, בקרת פרויקטים, תחזיות פיננסיות, חיוב וגבייה מול לקוחות, וכן שותפות עסקית עם מנהלי הפרויקטים במטרה לקדם רווחיות וביצועים פיננסיים מיטביים.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

• ניהול תקציבי פרויקטים, תמחור, תחזיות וביצועים פיננסיים.
• מעקב אחר הכנסות, רווחיות, ניצולת (Utilization) ומדדי DSO ‏(ימי אשראי לקוחות), תוך השוואה בין תכנון לביצוע בפועל.
• הכנת וניתוח דוחות פיננסיים לצורך זיהוי סיכונים, חריגות ותובנות עסקיות עבור שותפים (Partners) ומנהלי פרויקטים.
• מתן הכוונה והמלצות פיננסיות לשיפור הכלכלה והרווחיות של הפרויקטים.
• ניהול תהליכי חיוב, גבייה והתאמות פיננסיות, כולל עבודה מול לקוחות חיצוניים ומערכות התשלומים שלהם.
• עבודה שוטפת מול מנהלי פרויקטים וצוותי הכספים.

Requirements Hebrew

• תואר ראשון בכלכלה, מנהל עסקים, חשבונאות או תחום רלוונטי אחר.
• ניסיון בתחומי כספים, בקרה תקציבית, תקצוב או ניתוח פיננסי.
• יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות וירידה לפרטים.
• שליטה מתקדמת ב-Excel; ניסיון עם SAP מהווה יתרון.
• ניסיון בעבודה מול בעלי עניין בכירים (Senior Stakeholders) בארגון בינוני לפחות.
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית וניהול סדרי עדיפויות מרובים.
• שליטה מלאה בעברית ויכולת גבוהה באנגלית.
