We are looking for a VP Product the team will look up to and follow. A product leader who can lead a team of 12 PMs and make a difference, while making sure every product manager becomes the best version of themselves.

The role

You own the product. From strategy to sprint to revenue.

- Set the product vision and own the roadmap
- Lead, grow, and level up a team of 12 product managers
- Be the voice of the customer - to our research and development teams
- Work shoulder to shoulder with R&D to ship what matters, on time
- Drive our AI product strategy - this is where the category is going, and you'll take us there

REQUIREMENTS

- 10+ years leading product in enterprise B2B software, including managing managers
- Cybersecurity product leadership - with good technical understanding
- Proven track record of embedding AI/ML into products
- Battle-tested in complex enterprise sales cycles and hybrid SaaS + on-prem environments
- Good presentation skills - internally and externally - you are the voice of the product

Bonus points

- Security validation, pentesting, or attack simulation background
- High-growth, VC-backed experience
