Description: 

As a member of our Engineering team, you will have a unique opportunity to make an impact on the design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge SaaS products, built to prevent phishing attacks at scale. 

Responsibilities: 

• Join the Platform development team at IRONSCALES, responsible for next generation architecture for large scale, cloud based, micro-services architecture for cutting-edge cyber security platform. 
• Work with Development and DevOps teams to plan, design, and build the infrastructure components and processes for fast-paced development, extensible platform, team enablement, ensuring high quality, robust, and secure platform.  
• Be a key member in our Backend Engineering Guild, introduce best-practices, tools, and infrastructure components, review designs, mentor and guide new backend engineers. 
• Establish best practices, mentor and inspire your colleagues to adopt engineering excellence. 
• Become a subject matter expert on architecture, performance, and optimization. 

Requirements

• 3+ years of SW Infrastructure experience

• Proven experience in AI Driven Software Engineering, agentic development lifecycle, building skills, MCPs, and AI agents.

• Experienced in planning and leading projects in Agile manner, pragmatic, business-oriented, and team player.

• Experienced with modern Cloud and software stack, CI/CD, DevX, Micro-Services architecture, Kubernetes, high scale and low latency processing.

• 5+ years of backend development experience, including at least 2 years in Python.

• Experienced with message brokers, synchronous and asynchronous processing, relational and non-relational databases.

• BSc or BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
