Controller | CFO as a Service for Startups | Hybrid | Ramat Gan A growing CFO-as-a-Service firm is expanding its team and looking for a Controller to support startups. This is *an excellent first Controller opportunity for a CPA with Big Four technology experience* who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and develop a broader, client-facing finance career. You’ll work directly with founders and startup teams, take ownership of financial reporting and day-to-day finance activities for several early-stage clients, and gain exposure to a modern, technology-driven finance environment. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage the ongoing financial activities and reporting for a portfolio of early-stage startup clients. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Maintain regular communication with founders and client stakeholders. • Use advanced digital tools and AI solutions to improve financial processes and efficiency. **Mandatory Requirements** ✔️ CPA qualification. ✔️ Big Four internship or professional experience in a technology or high-tech practice. ✔️ Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge. ✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working directly with clients. ✔️ Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership while managing multiple clients and priorities. ✔️ Tech-curious and enthusiastic about using modern digital and AI tools. **An Advantage** • Experience at the Manager level in a Big Four firm. • Previous experience working with startups or early-stage companies. • Familiarity with both Israeli and US financial environments. • Experience in a CFO-as-a-Service or other multi-client professional services environment. 📍 **Hybrid work model:** 2 days a week at our Ramat Gan Bursa offices and 3 days from home. 📩 Interested?
