Growth Marketing Lead

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, with opportunities to expand into emerging platforms. This role sits at the core of our growth engine, directly driving global pipeline growth and revenue impact. You'll be the in house expert for paid performance, setting the strategic direction for the channel mix, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and RevOps to turn budget and creative into measurable business outcomes.

As a Lead, you'll also shape how the function operates. You'll set testing frameworks, define what "good" looks like across channels, and potentially grow a team as the engine scales.

Hands on experience using AI powered tools to optimize campaigns, segmentation, and creative iteration is a must for this role.

This role is based in Tel Aviv. We work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven track record managing paid acquisition campaigns at scale, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Deep, hands on expertise with LinkedIn Ads, strong hands on experience with Google Ads (search, and ideally performance max and display), and working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager as a secondary channel
- Data driven mindset with advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action
- Proven experience using AI powered tools as part of your day to day campaign and creative workflow
- A strong builder mindset. Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in fast paced, test and learn environments
- Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills, comfortable presenting strategy and results to senior stakeholders
- Experience owning budget allocation decisions and being accountable for pipeline and revenue linked KPIs, not just channel level metrics like CTR or CPC

Nice to have:

- Experience running multi region campaigns
- Familiarity with emerging platforms (TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Experience mentoring or managing junior marketers or analysts
