🚀 We're Hiring: Hardware Engineering Manager – High-Speed Networking Systems Join (NASDAQ: CRNT) — the global leader in 5G wireless transport, powering backhaul and fronthaul solutions for 400+ service providers and 800+ private networks across 140+ countries. Our Bengaluru India Talent Centre is 3rd global HQ. We're looking for a hands-on hardware engineering leader to own complex networking platforms from concept to production, and build a team that thrives on technical excellence. What you'll do 🔹 Lead a team of hardware design engineers, driving innovation and engineering excellence 🔹 Own the hardware development lifecycle — architecture, design reviews, validation, production release 🔹 Review schematics, PCB layout, stack-ups, and signal/power integrity simulations 🔹 Mentor engineers in advanced board design, SI/PI, and system-level engineering 🔹 Partner cross-functionally with System Engineering, RF, Software, FPGA, V&V, and Manufacturing — across US, Israel, Europe, and Asia 🔹 Drive DFM/DFA/DFT initiatives across the product lifecycle 🔹 Oversee lab bring-up, validation, and root-cause analysis for field issues What we're looking for ✅ 10–15+ years of hardware development experience, 5+ years leading engineering teams (4+ direct reports) ✅ Deep expertise in high-speed Ethernet switches/routers, 100G Ethernet, PCIe, PAM4 SerDes ✅ Strong background in high-speed PCB design, signal integrity, power integrity ✅ DDR memory subsystem design and power distribution network (PDN) architecture ✅ Experience managing distributed, multinational engineering teams ✅ Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field Bonus points ⭐ Experience with: Timing/synchronization & clock distribution | Manufacturing support & product sustainment | Global engineering collaboration across time zones What we offer 🏢 Hybrid work model — 3 days office / 2 days home 🌍 Global team exposure and a rewarding career path 🏆 State-of-the-art Bengaluru office 💰 MNC-standard compensation and benefits 📩 Interested?
